Can not see the Full List of Currencies When Creating a Bank Account in Cash Management

Symptoms
In Create or Manage Bank Accounts there is a list of values for Currency. When selecting the currency, the full list of currencies can not be seen. For example, you can not see currency ZAR even though it is enabled under Manage Currencies
