Fuison Time and Labor: Why Stop Time Appearing First Instead Of Start Time When Events Loaded Using Webclock (Doc ID 2895936.1)

Symptoms

Using Web Clock setup for In and Out punches but when running the Generate time cards for time collection devices the punch in and Punch out are coming in different row.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee using web clock do punch IN and OUT
2. Time Card created but IN and OUT entries are appearing in two rows.
3. OUT entry appearing in first row and In entry appearing in the second row.
