Alert Message "The sum of the Costed lines must be equal to the value in the Line Item for <Data Element1> field. Total mismatch different: 0.01" When Processing A Payment Application (Doc ID 2896111.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to process a Payment Application and add line items to it the following Alert is being displayed. Because of this problem Payment Applications cannot be entered and processed. The issue seems to be that the "Data Element1" value is not being carried over to the next payment application as expected.

"The sum of the Costed lines must be equal to the value in the Line Item for <Data Element1> field. Total mismatch different: 0.01"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the Unifier environment.
2. Navigate to Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > User Mode > Upper Node > Payment Applications > Find and open the PayApp Record (Note: This alert would not likely occur on the first Payment Application).
3. Attempt to add line items to the payment application, and the error noted above is displayed.
