findChangeObject soap service returning duplicate items when called in batches


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a Change Order with 160 Affected Objects.

2. Moved the CO to Analyst Review status.

3. Call SOAP webservice ProductDesignChangeOrderService > findChangeObject (Operation) in batches to get affected objects. The fetch size was 10.
