Can Not See Catalog Objects Under DV Shared Folders And My Folders (Doc ID 2897000.1)

Symptoms

 Some Users can not see any catalog objects under Shared Folders and My Folders from DV Catalog, but they can see the catalog objects from analytics side normally.

Changes

Customer changed the SOAP Service permission setting on Manage Privileges page.
