Copying Projects to Another WBS Takes Hours and/or Never Completes (Doc ID 2897272.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to drag/drop or copy/paste a set of sub-projects with a relation to one primary project from one WBS to another in both P6 Professional and P6 Web, the process hangs and never completes (in P6 Web, activities are copied but not relationships).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The projects should be copied to the new WBS successfully and in a timely manner.
