Fusion Global HR: Release 22C Upgrade Change Location Transactions Are Getting Failed (Doc ID 2897337.1)

Symptoms

After Release 22C upgrade, when attempting to perform Change Location for an employee, the transaction fails with the following error:

ERROR

Issue Description : Error caused by SOA component or the underlying HWF configuration or a Supervisor hierarchy setup issue.
Resolution : Check the targeted SOA component and the HWF/rules setup and configuration and the Supervisor Hierarchy setup.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. My Client Groups
2. Change Location > submit the transaction
3. Change Location transaction fails

Starting Release 22C, the sequence of parameters for GetManager function has been modified.
