Error When Manually Creating a Commitment Type Cash Flow Worksheet (Doc ID 2897598.1)

In Cash Flow, when creating a Commitment type Worksheet manually by choosing the Base Commit record in the field of the same name, the following error occurs.

Error Code: <random string>*
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code <random string>*

*Where the string is specific to the customer's company short name in Unifier.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Go to any workspace > Cost Manager > Cash Flow  and select Create(manual).
  3. Fill in the required field selected in Detail Level (Base commit - Cost Type BP) - the name of the Base Commit Business Process is specific to the implementation.
  4. Select Base Commit Record(put in anything for a search).
  5. Note the reported error message.
