Manage Clearance Screen Hangs (Doc ID 2898080.1)

On : 19.3 version, Pricing - Clearances

You are reporting a performance issue while attempting to open a clearance group


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. From Task , go to : Clearances => Manage Clearances
  2. In "Clearance Group Search" screen, enter item = 000002963 as the search criteria and click Search
  3. In the Results window , select the Clearance Group 334.
  4. Click Clearance Group 334.
  5. "Clearance Group" page is opened.
  6. Notice that the screen is just spinning without displaying the clearance group.
