Symptoms
When trying to schedule an HCM Extract by 'Using a Schedule' option during the submit Extract, Schedule frequency as 'Daily' and selected the time as 7 PM, once submitted, the Extract flow with the Instance Name remains in status pending.
The following error is seen in extract log:

Not accepting flow parameter default values as its not confirming to FCF format: yyyy-MM-dd
POST_SQL==select to_char(sysdate,'YYYY-MM-DD') +1 from dual evaluated:null
