Arabic Characters Are Incorrectly Displayed from Left to Right and Joined Together in Unifier (Doc ID 2898569.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Arabic characters are not displayed to read correctly from right to left.  Instead the characters are displayed left to right, and joined together instead of separate.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Arabic characters should appear correctly and in the proper order.


The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. In Unifier, Click Project and select a record.
  2.  Under Attachments, open a Word document containing Arabic text.
  3.  Note the reported issue.
