ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 When trying to set up overdue email notifications for the tasks that are expiring, users do not receive any overdue email notifications even after the task is overdue.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The users should receive an email notifications for overdue tasks.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment
  2. Go to the affected shell
  3. Change to Admin mode
  4. Navigate to Setup > Business process (BP)
  5. Find the task
  6. Notice that it is overdue
  7. Check that the user did not receive the required notification
