Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to set up overdue email notifications for the tasks that are expiring, users do not receive any overdue email notifications even after the task is overdue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The users should receive an email notifications for overdue tasks.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the environment
- Go to the affected shell
- Change to Admin mode
- Navigate to Setup > Business process (BP)
- Find the task
- Notice that it is overdue
- Check that the user did not receive the required notification
