Grant Sponsor Record Is Corrupt, Cannot Delete Or Replace (Doc ID 2898656.1)

End user recently created a new sponsor record (Setup and Maintenance --> Grants Management --> Grants Management Foundation --> Manage Sponsors). Somehow along the way this record became corrupt. It currently has no Sponsor Account Number value and it is not possible to select one (screenshot attached). The user can click into the record to edit it, but not make any changes. Attempting to save the record throws an error (screenshot attached). Attempting to delete the corrupt record throws an error (screenshot attached). Attempting to create a new sponsor record associated with the same organization throws an error (screenshot attached).

End user is unable to complete setup of associated grant and project, and thus is unable to fulfill transaction processing and reporting duties.

The user needs either A) the corrupt record to be repaired i.e. have the proper Sponsor Account Number assigned to it, or B) the corrupt record to be deleted entirely so that we can recreate it.
