PRC: POR: Unable to View Reasons for Approval History (Doc ID 2898816.1)

Symptoms

Reasons are not available for viewing in Requisition Approval History (Manage Approvals) which is causing confusion for user.

In the graphical approval hierarchy shown on the Manage Approval page, hover the mouse on the approver shown.
Shows yellow box with reason and rule details. This is shown exactly next/bottom of the approver selected.

The yellow reason box is shown farther bottom of the page, so when the last approver in the page is selected, the reason is not shown on the page.
User needs to reduce the zoom to 50% to see the reason is shown or not.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Requisition
2. Click on Manage Requisition
3. View Graphical History with Reason Name.

Issue - Click on Manage Requisition: Not able to see Reason Name on graphical (zoom 100% on Browser)
If Zoom in Browser to 75%, we can see Reasons.
