Last updated on OCTOBER 04, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Cloud Service - Version 11.13.22.07.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Full Payment Submission (FPS) is reporting values in the column Deductions from Net Pay in this Pay Period. It looks as it is reporting payments going to split accounts (where employee has more than one account set up where their wage is sent) as Deduction from Net Pay.

In overall, where employee has more than one account set up, amount of money goes into the second account reports now on FPS as deduction from pay. This behavior seems to have impacted everyone on payroll with more than one account and impacts customer's balancing and reconciliations.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Employee has multiple accounts for wage/ salary;

2. Run FPS;

3. A part of the wage is reported as 'Deductions from Net Pay'
