DR Test - OACS DB Connection Error (Doc ID 2899159.1)

Symptoms

There are two OAC instance in different region one is Primary OAC and another one is OAC DR.

Datasource ATP database is configured as standby in different region as well.

OAC DR is synced on demand using snapshot restore method.

After Datasource ATP database failover to standby ATP in the different region, OAC and OAC DR isn't connecting to DR ATP DB getting ORA-12514 TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
