Goal

Granularity in controlling source IP address that can access a particular Application Load Balancer LISTENER. Access control rules permit access to application resources based on user-specified IP address or address range match conditions. Use of Access Control Rules overrides Network Security Group (NSG)s or Security Lists, thus providing better access control on Load Balancer that have multiple LISTENERS.
