Goal

ELC_COMP, EXP_PROF_HEAD, EXP_PROF_DETAIL tables do not have the columns CREATE_ID, CREATE_DATETIME,LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME,LAST_UPDATE_ID, and It's difficult to identify the user who modified the entries on these tables. Requesting to add these columns in order to maintain a good audit trail of who updated the expenses and when.
