V22 MFCS APEX Data Viewer : Can We Load Load In Custom Table Using Data Workshop Utilities (Doc ID 2899663.1)

Goal

On : 22.0 version, Merch - Foundation

Is it possible to create a custom table and load data in using XLS/CSV file?

When following the below steps, the user gets an insufficient privilege error:

1. Login to Apex
2. Click on the SQL Workshop dropdown -> Utilities -> Data Workshop
3. Click on Load Data option
4. Choose a file -> Enter a table name -> Load Data
5. On click of Load data -> We get as error as ‘Insufficient Privileges’

Note: The schema is 'RTLWSPRW01' and we login in to apex with our own user id.
