SOStatusCre Message Triggered with Rejected Status 'SD' When All Items in RTW Request are Accepted (Doc ID 2899758.1)

Symptoms

Return to Warehouse (RTW) accepted in SOCS, SOStatusCre messages generated with Status = SD followed by SI.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a RTW from RMS (on premises)
2. SOCre message flows to RIB
3. Message consumed by SIOCS and processed
4. Logon to SOCS
5. Accept the request

SOStatusCre messages are published to RIB > RMS with Status to SD and SI.
