Symptoms


DSD Receiving Discrepant Item Report generated is blank for an ASN received with containers in discrepant status.

Steps to Reproduce:


1. Go to DSD Receiving screen and search for an ASN received with containers in discrepant status. If you do not have ASNs, you need to create a PO, ASN and receive the ASN with container in discrepant status.
2. Go to Print option and select the DSD Receiving Discrepant Item
3. PDF downloaded and is blank. Only contains the PO Number.
