Symptoms
Unable to disable New item request Option in item Class
ERROR
-----------------------
You can't disable new item request creation because one or more items of this class aren't approved yet. (EGO-2745794)
You must ensure existing new item requests with items of this class are completed and the items are approved before disabling this setting.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup & Maintenance
2. Select the task Manage Item Classes
3. Disable the New Item Request checkbox
