Symptoms


Within Create ASN Details UI screen, get error message:    " An error occurred. Contact your help desk "

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The drop shipment process was configured
2. A Sales Order was created in the Order Management module
3. Create an internal requisition in the purchasing module. Create a Purchase Order
4. Try to perform the ASN, get error.   The same configuration was made in another instance and in the second it does not give the ASN error
