Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Despite the Cost Sheet Forecasting feature being enabled in a Cost Sheet, the Forecast button does not appear as an option.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The Cost Sheet Forecasting feature to appear since it is enabled in the Cost Sheet setup.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the project
  2. Navigate to Cost Manager > Cost Sheet.
  3. Open the Cost Sheet and notice the Cost Sheet Forecasting button doesn't appear.
  4. Check the Properties. The check Enable Cost Sheet Forecasting is enabled.
