Symptoms

When trying to provision a Visual Builder Studio from PSM using the Navigation:

OCI Classic Services --> Developer

The following error occurs:

Oracle Cloud Service instance creation failed: PSM-LCM-01008
Unable to create service: The request cannot be processed due to an unexpected condition.
