Symptoms

User is getting 403 error when trying to create person.

Error 403 on using Person API.

User is using REST API - https://hostname/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/persons

User cannot use Workers API as he is using Manage user UI and he dosen't has to provide all the attributes that are required for Worker creation.
