On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, .Manage Compensation

Change Statement is generated for Manager in Limited status

Customer has a plan for few specific worker type. The Worksheet Manager is not that worker type and hence in the plan with Limited eligibility status.
When customer generates letter from My Client Group > Compensation > View Administration Report > Generate Statements, statements getting generated for Manager as well.

In the "Generate Statement" page, selected the manager, who has two specific worker type reporting to him.
When the statements are generated, the file has 3 letters, including one for the manager who has Limited eligibility status

Statement should not have been generated for the manager. Please assist.
