Symptoms

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM

Users receive an error when approving a Business Process (BP) record using "Approve and Close" option at the last step of the workflow.

ERROR

Error Code: XXXXXXX-5235EA512B
An unexpected error has occurred and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code XXXXXXX-525EA512B

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------

  1. Log in to the Unifier.
  2. Open project XXXXXX.
  3. Create a BP record using the appropriate workflow.
  4. Add in necessary information and send the record through the necessary steps to get to the second to the last step.
  5. Once there, go through the necessary steps to approve the record.
  6. Observe the error.
