Symptoms
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Asset should disappear from the Retirements board.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. An asset was retire but the system continues to show it as incomplete.
2. The asset that was retired and user executed the process correctly, the only problem is that it does not disappear from the Retirements board.
