Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Payroll

While adding element eligibility to an element, below error is shown:

ERROR
-----------------------
1. The entry value is in an incorrect format. (PAY-1635143)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups -> Show More -> Elements
2. Search for an element -> Click on the element -> Actions -> Create Element Eligibility
3. The error message is displayed.
