Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Order Management Setup
When attempting to modify existing pretransformation rules
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Another person modified the rule that you are attempting to save. Enter a new name for the rule to save your changes.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage PreTransformation Rules for Sales Orders
2. Edit an existing rule.
3. Modify the rule and attempt to Save and Close.
4. Observe the above error.
