ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Supplier does not receiving PO's sent through OBN
Purchase orders sent to the supplier via OBN are not received by the supplier
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the supplier to receive POs sent via OBN
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Communicate POs via OBN
2. Observe that the POs are not getting sent to the supplier
