ERROR Message 403 Forbidden On HR Help Desk Pages (Doc ID 2902768.1)

Symptoms

 ERROR Message on HR Help Desk pages

An "Error" message pops up at the bottom of the page every time users access Next Gen HR Help Desk pages. However, all features function properly. Users click OK on the error to continue working.

Navigation:

1. Go to Help Desk.

2. Select Help Desk Requests.

3. In command line, select My Open Help Desk Requests

4. Open any existing SR.

5. Observe, "ERROR" at bottom of page.

 

Changes

Issue happened after migrated changes from TEST (where Visual Builder is) to DEV1. Error only happening in DEV1.
