Unable to setup notification for 'Service Request Resource' object

The customer has a notification scenario where the agent gets a notification when he/she is added as a team member in the NextGen Help Desk Service Request, but while trying to configure email notification through the object workflow, the customer is unable to find the 'Service Request Resource' Object listed in the Object field.

How can the notification be set up for this requirement?
