Symptoms

You want to change the shape of an existing instance from Intel to AMD.

You upgraded the OS from Linux 7.7 to Linux 7.9 on the Instance using OS commands, so AMD shape could be compatible.

Then you try to change the shape from console.

But you are not able to change the shape of the Instance from Intel to AMD even after upgrading since no AMD shapes are listed or are greyed out on the console UI.
