After a Short Time While Accessing OCM Embedded UI in Fusion Application Users Receive Error: "Configuration Loading Failed" (Doc ID 2903385.1)

Symptoms

Error while accessing OCM embedded UI in Fusion Application

Users have embedded OCM UI in Fusion application to access OCM folder structure. Fusion users have been given access to OCM application and SSO is used to access OCM UI for logged in user.

It is working as expected when user login to Fusion application in a new browser window, and able to access OCM embedded UI.

But if users try to access OCM embedded UI again some time after (suppose after 30 min) then OCM embedded UI gives error 'Configuration Loading Failed'. And this error is not cleared even if the following is performed.

1. User try to logout from Fusion and re-login.
2. Close current browser tab or window and reopen Fusion application in same browser.

But if user tries to open Fusion application in other browser then it works again.
