Symptoms

An error is reported when importing an order using the - salesOrdersForOrderHub- REST API :

SourceTransactionLineNumber 1, SourceScheduleNumber 1: Order Management cant price the sales order because it cant identify a charge for item XXXXXXXX, with unit of measure XXX. (FOM-4515095) Details: Go to the Pricing Administration work area and examine the set ups that affect item XXXXXXXXX. Examine your price lists, pricing strategy, pricing algorithms, and other set ups and make sure they correctly reference the item. Next, go to the Order Management work area and reprice the order. For details, see the Troubleshoot Pricing Setup topic on Oracle Help Center.

NOTE: Pricing details are not provided in the payload and Freeze Price Flag is set to - N.
