Goal

Journal Ingestion Extract as well as Decomposition of Journals in accounting foundation is needed for any specified passed 'as_of_date' as parameter. Currently this functionality was available only for today's system date

Use case : Journals are sent to ERP for as_of_date (2022-06-08 passthrough ,2022-06-17 FX ,2022-06-30 MM ) but the 'as_of_date' of executed AHCS extract is 2022-07-21. Since, the as_of_dates were not matching , decomposition of journals has not happened
