Goal

Purchasing Requisitions > Shop by Category

Is there a way to improve the performance of Shop by Category load? 

Shop by Category takes time to load in the first attempt. Second attempt is faster.
The problem happens to all requesters.
Same behavior using different browsers: Chrome and Firefox.
Other pages are loading faster
