Fusion Global HR: ADF Error in Visas and Permits Section When Converting Rehire Pending Workers (Doc ID 2903562.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources


ADF error when converting pending workers to employees. This error occurs only for Rehire employees who are being converted from Pending Worker. The error is shown when Continue button is clicked under Visas and Permits section under Convert Pending Worker page.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and go to pending workers page.
2. Click on Convert action to open Convert Pending Worker page.
3. Add/Modify the details are required.
4. In Visas and Permits section, click on continue button. Error message is displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot convert the pending workers.
