Fusion Global HR: Unable To Cancel Global Temporary Assignment (Doc ID 2903618.1)

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

Not able to cancel a work relationship. Tried cancelling it using HDL but it still doesn't allow because there is a 'Primary work relationship change' row which is created for that particular assignment. Not able to delete that Primary work relationship row from UI as well.  Employment diagnostics and Auto correct diagnostics doesn't show any primary flag corruption.

You can't cancel this work relationship because the related source work relationship has future assignments updates. Delete those updates before cancelling.

You need to make another work relationship primary before canceling this work relationship(PER-1531172).




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Group>> Cancel Work relationship for user- impacted user
2. error-You need to make another work relationship primary before canceling this work relationship(PER-1531172).
