Symptoms

The unit cost doesn't auto populate in item location ranging screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to the URL
2. Navigate to Tasks --> Items --> Manage Items - which opens the Items Search page.
3. Search for any Item. Click on the Item hyperlink to open Item page.
4. Navigate to More Actions --> Locations to open the Item Ranging page.
5. Click on 'Add' and choose 'Location list - Store' in the Location drop down and choose any Location list available.
6. Choose the Primary supplier for the item and you'll see the Unit cost populate correctly.
7. But when you choose any non-primary supplier, the Unit cost doesn't get auto-populated correctly, whereas it still fetches the Unit cost of the primary supplier.

Due to this issue, users cannot create range items
