Site Level Default Workspace Search Is Not Getting Reflected For All The Users (Doc ID 2903818.1)

Symptoms

Site Level Default Workspace Search was set on Assets object by the ADMIN but the test sales manager user is shown with opportunity workspace search as default, noticed upon clicking on Workspace from Springboard.
Default Saved search is being setup at this navigation path:  Workspace Page > Manage Saved Searches > Set Defaults > 'Site Level' > Default Saved Search for Workspace


This issue is observed in all the environments of PROD/TEST and DEV.
