Fusion Global HR: Cannot Find Pending Transactions In The Transaction Console While Assignment Change Shows 'There Are Pending Transactions'

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources
Unable found any transaction in the transaction console.
You can't make any changes for this person because their manager has changes pending approval.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Client Groups> Employment Info
2. Search for the Employee in issue
3. No Action of Assignment : Change/ Update is allowed since the HR person it's getting the error: " You can't make any changes for this person because their manager has changes pending approval."
