EPRCS/Narrative Reporting Report Package Preview Fails to Open for Some Users (Doc ID 2903931.1)

Symptoms

While attempting to preview Narrative Reporting Report Package, preview loading icon "spins" for several minutes, then Report package abruptly closes and reverts to the Library UI/page from which the Report Package was initially opened. Individual doclets can be previewed successfully.

Issue may only affect some users and/or may be intermittent.
