Unique constraint (RMS01.PK_PRICE_HIST) violated error given by item induction

While uploading an item induction file to create a new Style and SKU, an error: Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_PRICE_HIST) violated returned by program unit ITEM_APPROVAL _SQL.PERSIST_PROCESS_ITEM.
This error is given for the Style item and the same error is shown as a non-Worksheet related error: NONE - ERROR in SUBMIT_APPROVE.
