When attempting to run Retroactive pay, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempting to run 'Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes' - Process Date: 30.04.2022.
2. The process fails with Error.

Details:
Initially the calculation card for an user made element LGPS Adjustment (not seeded) was actually end dated on 31.03.2022. After removing end date it is still throwing the same error.
Under 'Benefit and Pension Card', the LGPS ADJUSTMENT calculation component present with effective start date 01.04.2022 and effective end date end of time

Note: LGPS adjustments are done every month with effective start date as well as end date, but system is erroring out the Retro process.

Additional details on the user-specifc scenario:
Basically two components LGPS and LGPS Adjustment are defined. Both are created using Global Pension Pre-Statutory element template. First one LGPS uses the UK Specific formula text which also execute this particular code. It is not erroring out in Retro Process.
LGPS Adjustment is created to adjust the pensions derived using main element, so user intention is to give some additional contribution every pay period. This LGPS Adjustment is actually using Global template code (Flat Amount Calculation).
  
Just for comparison, explaining: LGPS main component is open ended which is available through out the pay periods. It doesn't have any issues on Retro Process.
LGPS Adjustment component, element is created as recurring, but user end dates it on each pay (below is the data structure discussed):
