Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The right scroll bar is faint on the Company Cost Sheet in standard view in Firefox. When tested in Chrome, the scroll bar is a darker grey.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Scroll bar to be more visible/darker color

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Navigate to a cost sheet
  3. Notice the scroll at the bottom is light grey.
