Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to perform reverse termination
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORABPEL-30103 exception.code:30103 exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: Ruleset did not return any results. exception.description: Reconfigure the conditions in the rule set TerminationsRuleSet for the task TerminationsApproval so that approvers are found. exception.fix: Model the ruleset so that it returns a list builder specification.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

1) My Client Groups

2) Termination

3) Search for employees - Reverse Termination end up with an error
