Order Upload - Closed PO's Does Not Error Out When Doing Date Changes (Doc ID 2904590.1)

When updating dates using upload templates on closed PO's it does not error out . Buisness sometimes updates dates (Not after, not before, shipdates) on Master Po's which are closed status , upload runs successfully with warnings but later finds that dates are not updated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Try updating not after date , not before dates or shipdates in ordhead for closed POs using upload template.
2) See Data is Processed with warning and no errors are given.
3) See dates are not updated in ORDHEAD table for closed Po's.
